Meet Alan and Linda Sandlin
Alan & Linda Sandlin have been LEADERS in the Real Estate community on Marco Island for over 25 years. They take the responsibility of that leadership very seriously striving to continually contribute to raising the standards of the Real Estate industry to higher levels of professionalism, integrity and giving back to the community.
The Sandlins have led the way in SPECIALIZATION in the real estate profession. Similar to advances in medicine with clinics such as Mayo and Cleveland offering Teams of Specialists, likewise the Sandlins led the way in Real Estate by assembling a Team of Specialists to consult together with every client to best achieve their clients’ personal real estate goals. The Sandlin Team of experts handle each aspect of the transaction thus providing the clients with a higher level of service .
The Sandlin Team has been the leader in SALES in the Marco Island Area since 1982 with over $1 Billion in Sales Volume. Alan & Linda have both been honored with the prestigious Hall of Fame and the International Lifetime Achievement Award.
Alan & Linda are leaders in EDUCATION both as students and as educators. They are Graduates of the Realtors Institute, GRI, and Accredited Buyer Representatives, ABR. Linda has also attained the highest degree in residential Real Estate, Certified Residential Specialist CRS, as well as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and e-PRO designation. They teach on the International Howard Brinton Star Power faculty and have been featured speakers in regional and state educational seminars. The Sandlins received the Florida REALTOR Magazine's Award for Editorial Excellence and are also on the faculty of Isucceed.com, one of the Internet’s top sites for agent training and information.
Leaders in MARKETING and INNOVATION, Alan & Linda and their Sandlin Team are networked through their 20 state-of-the-art computer systems utilizing the industries top programs and systems to keep them on the cutting edge of technology. Alan and Linda also employ a professional Marketing Team to implement the newest innovations in marketing both on the internet and in print advertising.
Recognized for their CONTRIBUTIONS to the Real Estate profession as well as to the community, Alan and Linda have been honored with the Robbie Clarke Award and the REALTOR of the Year Award locally. Their involvement over the years in the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS includes chairing Pitch Plus and the Education Committee, serving on the Board of Directors, MLS, Internet, and Professional Standards Committees and as Chaplain.
Alan & Linda believe GIVING BACK to the community to be part of their responsibility as leaders in Real Estate and as citizens of Marco Island. Alan was honored with the Prestigious Community Leader Award in 2004. They were both honored with the Community Spirit Award in 2009. Linda was honored as Rotarian of the Year in 2010. Among the worthy causes they support are the Habitat for Humanity, Children's Miracle Network, local schools & Marco Healthcare Center. They are members of the Chamber of Commerce, Marco Island Civic Association, and are on the boards of Rotary, Marco Island Historical Society, Board of Realtors, Roman Plaza Condo Association and Marco Bay Yacht Club. They enjoy sharing their musical talents through their church and community events, such as chairing the community‘s Easter Sunrise Service on the Beach which draws 7000-8000 people annually for many years. The Sandlins are supporters of the Marco Island Art League and the YMCA. Loving their island home and history, they have strongly supported the Marco Island Historical Society. They were major donors and Alan is the Building Chariman of the newly completed world class museum.
The Sandlins are known for their INTEGRITY, ENTHUSIASM, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE. They were honored with the RE/MAX State of Florida “Spirit” Award for their honesty, integrity, resolve and concern for others. “We consider it a privilege to live on beautiful Marco Island and to serve the community as Professional REALTORS,” Linda commented. Alan added, “We look forward to continuing to serve the community and helping our clients achieve their Real Estate goals."
